Southern Charm & Swamp Gators 🐊

Last month Tessa and her partner Ryan headed south to New Orleans to celebrate her birthday. The hallmark of a good trip is finding amazing food, and they pulled it off beautifully.

Oysters (raw, fried, broiled!), crawfish boils, delicious apps and all the peel and eat shrimp you can handle. Somehow between all those amazing meals they were able to to squeeze in some sightseeing - touring the historic old buildings along the famed Mardi Gras parade route.

They also found themselves on a swamp tour filled with sightings of the famous Spanish moss covered oak trees that have become so synonymous with the area. They even managed to make a friend - a seemingly friendly alligator popping up on their boat during the tour.

Tessa wore her favourite black silk/linen Grizas dress from day to night. Pairing it with a Grizas linen jacket and an Ayala Bar necklace to transition the look for evening.
