You can provide special delivery instructions in the Notes about your order field found on the payment and review screen during the check out process. These instructions may include where to leave your package if you are not home

You have 10 calendar days to initiate an exchange or credit of an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange or credit, your item(s) must be received in the original packaging and original condition, not having been worn or altered, and with all original tags still attached, within 7 days of receiving the go ahead to return.
You will receive a store credit in the form of a GIFT CERTIFICATE (which can be used online or in our Boutique) for the amount paid, minus shipping, for the returned items. To claim your store credit enter your gift certificate number at checkout or at cash before your order is processed.
If you wish to exchange for a different size, let us know using the form below and we will contact you with instructions.
Sales items are FINAL SALE, Unfortunately they cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited. Only regular priced items can be returned for an exchanged or credit note.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs for returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If items are exchanged for a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from credited amount.
*US Orders - Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Parcels must be returned via USPS. If a parcel is returned via another courier (ex. FedEx or UPS), and subject to import fees, Lousje & Bean will issue a credit less the cost of the duties and taxes.
