Haven’t received this bead yet

We are very sorry for this. I can understand your frustration and I wish we didn't send our last batch a few days before the strike, but we never anticipated this happen, nor for this long!
With hopes you receive this week as we have heard the government is stepping in and get things moving again. We are now shipping with UPS.
