Misleading inseam length

I don't like cropped pants, so the only good thing about having short legs is that the cropped versions go to my ankles. The fabric, design, everything about these pants are lovely except the inseam was stated as 34 inches (I think, anyway adequate for my legs) When I received the order I measured the inseam and it was 24/25 inches. Now I am worried that if I launder them and there is any shrinkage they will be ruined. I will probably have them dry cleaned because I think they are great and wouldn't want to lose them, but my much taller friend told me I should let you know about the discrepancy.

You can always contact us to send back for a credit if they are not going to work.
If laundered in cold water, hang to dry they should not shrink.
