If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Please fill out the THIS FORM to initiate the exchange process. Sales items are FINAL SALE otherwise you will be issued a Boutique Credit.

You have 10 calendar days to initiate an exchange or credit of an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for an exchange or credit, your item(s) must be received in the original packaging and original condition, not having been worn or altered, and with all original tags still attached, within 7 days of receiving the go ahead to return.

You will receive a store credit in the form of a GIFT CERTIFICATE (which can be used online or in our Boutique) for the amount paid, minus shipping, for the returned items. To claim your store credit enter your gift certificate number at checkout or at cash before your order is processed.

If you wish to exchange for a different size, let us know using the form below and we will contact you with instructions.

Sale items
Sales items are FINAL SALE, Unfortunately they cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited. Only regular priced items can be returned for an exchanged or credit note.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
