There's a new café in town and Tessa couldn't wait to pull up a chair. Pique-Nique is a brand new café and wine bar located at 166 Russell Ave. in St. Catharines. Buzz has been swirling around this exciting new venture for months as the stunning facade began to take shape and it was worth the wait.

Earlier this week Tessa gathered up a her daughter Ruby and a few of their neighbours to enjoy an afternoon out at Pique-Nique. She quickly set her sights on a crisp glass of white wine and a scrumptious cheeseboard paired with their fresh sourdough bread. Their menu boasts a carefully curated selection of delicious wines and expertly brewed coffees. If you stop in you will find a delectable selection of baked goods, salads, soups and even butter boards.

Owner, Kate (pictured with Tessa in the purple sweater), has brought a wonderful and much needed new spot for locals to walk to on a weekend stroll or pop into for a lunch meeting.
