Riding Waves & Catching Rays

Last week Tessa & Lousje traded in the snow for something a little more tropical - a trip they try to squeeze in every year. The ladies and Tessa's children, Ruby and Oscar, jetted off to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for an all-inclusive week long stay at Dreams Onyx Resort & Spa by Hyatt. Located between the the ocean and the rainforest the resort features 11 different dining options and an endless amount other amenities.

Tessa & Lousje are seasoned travelers and know how to make the most out of their stay. They settled into a routine of waking up at 6:30am everyday for a morning walk on the beach and a round of tennis. After enjoying their breakfast they spent their mornings in the ocean boogie boarding, and the waves did not disappoint. After lunch they returned to lounge by the pool and float in inner tubes.

Highlights of their trip included the donuts at the breakfast buffet, and the cocktails served at the lobby bar before dinner. As always they dressed to impress when heading out for dinner. Lousje wore the new L&B Bowie dress and top to bottom fuchsia from a soon to be released line, Marie La Lune.
