Winter Domes & Wine Flights

This week Tessa treated the ladies of L&B (sans Lousje who was soaking up the South Carolina sun) to wine and charcuterie at Fielding Estates Winery.

Located atop Beamsville's infamous bench, Fielding has been serving up delicious sips for almost two decades. As a wintry treat they have popped up several heated (thank goodness!) dome lounges on their property for guests to enjoy the rolling vineyards all year long.

Once there, Tessa, Cate, Colleen and Kristen were delighted to find a wide variety of wines to taste, compare and take home from their gift shop. Fielding also offers a selection of their house made ciders which can be enjoyed as a flight along with their scrumptious wines. The ladies made their beverage choices and quickly warmed up once the drinks were poured.

The dome lounges offer a menu of snacks and charcuterie, and they did not disappoint. Bold cheeses, cured meats, pickled onions, spicy jams, and crunchy crostinis were the perfect match for four women who love to lunch. It was a perfect break for the team to reconnect after many weeks of hard work and dreary weather.
